  • Custom-made or made-to-order items are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless they are faulty.

Important Note

Natural timber will always vary.

Wooden wrist rests are made from real timber, so every piece has its own grain pattern, tone, and character. Natural variation on its own is not treated as a fault, and may differ from the example photos shown on the site.

Faulty Or Damaged Items

If something arrives damaged or there is a genuine fault.

If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not as described, please contact Keygrain Studio as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photographs if helpful.

Where appropriate, a repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund will be offered in line with your statutory rights.

Change Of Mind

For non-custom items ordered online.

If you change your mind about a non-custom item, please let Keygrain Studio know within 14 days of receiving it. Once you have notified us, you should return the item within 14 days.

Returned items should be unused and in resaleable condition where reasonably possible. Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

Custom-Made Orders

Made-to-order wrist rests and personalised builds.

Because custom wrist rests are made to your chosen measurements, wood species, and build options, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted for these items once production has begun, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If you spot a mistake in your order confirmation, please get in touch quickly and we will do our best to help before work starts.

How To Start A Return

Contact first, then send the item back if approved.

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return instructions before posting the item.
  3. Package the item securely and use a tracked service where possible.
  4. Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and checked.
